Wir, Cata und Benitia (ich) suchen für das Zimmer unseres Mitbewohners eine*n Zwischenmieter*in. VOM 01.02.2023 BIS 12.03.2023. Das Zimmer ist kompakt, hat aber eine relativ große Hochebene mit Bett, Fernseher und Minifridge. Zudem gibt es unterm Bett auch noch eine Schlafcouch zum ausziehen, sowie einen Schreibtisch und einen leeren Kleiderschrank, welcher ebenfalls genutzt werden kann. Das Zimmer liegt zum Innenhof und hat zwei Fenster.
Wir haben eine recht geräumige Wohnküche, sowie ein Bad mit Badewanne und ein separates WC. Unsere Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und verfügt über eine eigene Terrasse mit Grill und einer überdachten Sitzecke.

We, Cata and Benitia (me) are looking for an interim tenant for our roommate's room. The room is compact, but has a relatively large built in high area with bed, TV and minifridge. In addition, there is also a sofa bed under the bed to pull out, as well as a desk and an empty closet, which can also be used. The room faces the courtyard and has two windows.
We have a quite spacious kitchen/ living room, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. Our apartment is located on the ground floor and has its own terrace with a barbecue and a seating area with a roof.
Unsere Wohnung liegt im Wedding nahe Osloer Straße. Die U Bahn Haltestelle Nauener Platz (U9) ist in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Der S Bahnhof Wedding mit Ringbahnanschluss ist in 12 Minuten zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Penny/Lidl) sind in 1 bzw. 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Apotheke, Spätis, Bars und verschiedene Imbisse sind auch alle innerhalb weniger Minuten gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Our apartment is located in Wedding near Osloer Straße. The U Bahn stop Nauener Platz (U9) can be reached in 2 minutes. The S-Bahn station Wedding with Ringbahn connection is 12 minutes away. Shopping facilities (Penny/Lidl) can be reached in 1 or 3 minutes, respectively. Pharmacy, Spätis, bars and various fast food places and restaurants are also all within a few minutes walking distance.
Du würdest die knapp 6 Wochen mit Cata und Benitia zusammen wohnen. Cata ist noch nicht so lange in Deutschland, weshalb die Kommunikation entweder auf Spanisch oder Englisch abläuft. Sie arbeitet Teilzeit in einer zweisprachigen Kita und passt nachmittags auf Kinder auf, weshalb ihr Wochenplan oft sehr verschieden ist.
Ich (Benitia) mache gerade eine Tischlerausbildung und habe einen sehr geregelten Tagesablauf: Ich stehe morgens sehr früh auf und bin dementsprechend Abends früh im Bett. Also mal sieht man sich und oft auch nicht. Aber wenn wir uns sehen, kochen wir gerne zusammen und chillen gemeinsam in der Küche. Wenn du mehr so dein eigenes Ding in deinem Zimmer machst, ist das natürlich auch okay.

For these 6 weeks you would be living with Cata and Benitia. Cata has not been in Germany that long, so communication is either in Spanish or English. She works part-time in a bilingual daycare and babysits children in the afternoons, so her weekly schedule is often very different.
I (Benitia) am currently training to be a carpenter and have a very regular daily schedule: I get up very early in the morning and go to bed very early in the evening. So sometimes we see each other and often we don't. But when we do see each other, we like to cook together and chill in the kitchen. If you want to keep to yourself in your room, then thats fine too.
WICHTIG: Es handelt sich hier um das Zimmer unseres Mitbewohners, der aber selber gerade nicht vor Ort ist, da er auf Europareise ist. Die Wohnungsbesichtigung und Terminvergabe läuft also über mich, alles finanzielle jedoch über meinen Mitbewohner Cassian.
Wenn du also Interesse an diesem Zimmer hättest, melde dich gerne bei mir und wir vereinbaren einen Termin. Einen kleinen Text über dich und was du so machst ist auch sehr erwünscht.
