I am offering a nice and quiet furnished room. You will have your own bathroom, fridge, microwave. Fast WLAN is available. Kitchen can be used for cooking. The appartment has 6 rooms and a large kitchen with all facilities. I live here with one more roommate who is from Turkey and about 50 percent of the time with my kids (17+15). There are also two guinea pugs and a cat.
Ich biete ein ruhiges, möbliertes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad, WLAN, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Küchennutzung in meiner 6-Zimmer Wohnung, die außer mir, von einem türkischsprachigen Studenten bewohnt wird. Meine KInder (17, 15) sind ca. 50 Prozent der Zeit bei mir. Ausserdem gubt es eine katze und zwei Meerschweinchen.
The flat is located in a quiet area about 10 min. away from Prenzlauer Berg and about 15 minutes by tram to the centrally located Alexanderplatz. The Ringbahn is only 3 stops by tram and takes you anywhere in the city. There are also several bus connections. You will find supermarkets, banks, a movie theatre, electronic market, hairdressers, bike shop, drug stores and anything else you might need to make life comfortable just around the corner.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Berlin-Weißensee, ca. 10 minuten vom Prenzlauer Berg entfernt. Mit der Tram bist du in 11 Minuten am Alex, zur S-Bahn sind es drei Stationen. Supermärkte, Friseure, Banken, Media Markt, Fahrradladen, Kino, Wochenmarkt und anderes was man zu Leben braucht ist "um die Ecke".
Besides me there is one more roommate in the flat. Spoken languages are German English and Turkish. I'm not the typical WG-person but most of the times open for an occasional chat in the kitchen. I am working half time, mostly at home.
Außer mir gibt es einen weiteren Mitbewohner. Das typische WG-Leben mit gemeinsamen Kochsessions und langen Abenden am Küchentisch solltest du bei mir nicht erwarten. Für einen netten Talk in der Küche bin ich aber immer gerne zu haben. Ich arbeite überwiegend zuhause.
