Ich vermiete dieses große Zimmer direkt am Volkspark Wilmersdorf erstmal bis Ende Januar (es kann sein, dass es länger vermietet werden kann). Erstmal zur Gegend: Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einem großen Park, der sich bis nach Rathaus Schöneberg erstreckt. Supermärkte sind fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar (Lidl, Edeka, Bio Company). Die Wohnung liegt in einer Sackgasse, weshalb keine Verkehrsgeräusche in die Wohnung dringen. Im Haus selbst ist es ebenfalls ruhig. Anbindungen findet ihr mit der U7 und U9 (Berliner Straße) sowie der Ringbahn (Bundesplatz).
Zum WG-Leben: Da wir uns ein zu Hause teilen, liegt es mir sehr am Herzen, dass wir eine transparente und angenehme Kommunikation haben. Dazu gehört für mich, dass wir uns gegenseitig zuhören und Rücksicht nehmen können. Mir ist persönlich Sauberkeit sehr wichtig - Es schafft einfach eine schöne Atmosphäre, wenn die Wohnung gepflegt wird. Natürlich freue ich mich wenn wir uns gut verstehen und schöne Gespräche haben - allerdings ist das kein Muss, die Privatsphäre zu respektieren steht an oberster Stelle.
Ich freue mich über Anfragen, denn bei einem persönlichen Gespräch kann man einfach am Besten ein Gefühl füreinander bekommen!

I am renting out this large room right next to Volkspark Wilmersdorf until the end of January (it may be possible to rent it out for longer). First of all about the area: The apartment is located directly next to a large park that stretches all the way to Rathaus Schöneberg. Supermarkets are within walking distance (Lidl, Edeka, Bio Company). The apartment is located in a cul-de-sac, which is why no traffic noise enters the apartment. The building itself is also quiet. You will find connections to the U7 and U9 (Berliner Straße) as well as the Ringbahn (Bundesplatz).
About living in the shared flat: As we share a home, it is very important to me that we have a transparent and pleasant communication. For me, this includes listening to each other and being considerate. Cleanliness is very important to me personally - it simply creates a nice atmosphere when the apartment is well maintained. Of course I'm happy when we get on well and have nice conversations - but that's not a must, respecting privacy is paramount.
