One fully furnished high-end private room in a 3 room flatshare of 14sqm at 700€/month with a large bed of 1m60, big dressing, office desk, big smart tv, high speed internet, mobile air-conditionning, safety box, sofa shared bathroom and kitchen fully equiped with dish washer, washer dryer machine, grain coffee machine, juice squeezer, induction, microvawe oven and big electrical oven, etc.
ATTENTION: don't be allergic to cats AND dogs as there are 2 of them in the house and some other pets might be accepted as long they all go along together. And the landlord is the one of the occupant. His door is kept opened and access to the large balcony with a sofa, table and BBq are granted to all tenants.
Situated at the exact limit between Schöneberg and Wilmersdorf, the apartment is in a quiet neighbourghood close to everything from Präger Platz to Europa Center and 4 minutes walk from SpichernStrasse U-Bahn. Besides a commercial center at very walking distance Präger Platz, you will find a world class gym with a 25 meter pool and 3 saunas, sundeck and physiotherapy
The first flatmate is the actual landlord. I am 50yo and work mainly from home. I usually go to the gym in the morning and do my business in the afternoon. I like to exchange on everything, I likelike going out for a movie or an exhibition. Not a great cook and sometimes I prefer binge watching a series than walking in grünenwald. Having company is one of the reasons why I started flatsharing, so I expect more interactions between flatmates that the usual tenant/landlord relationship and I usually leave my door opened during the day when I am home. Living myself in the apartment, the equipment is therefore high end with a dishwasher, a washer dryer washing machine, a huge fridge and is in constant evolution.
Leaving my door opened doesn't mean that I don't respect privacy. I rather expect mutual respect of privacy, so a balance lust be found between exchanges and privacy and shared rooms like kitchen and bathroom should be always held in order the other flatmates don't have to clean after each other and can use them directly without any embarrassement for each others.
Visits are of course accepted but no overnight stay is accepted until expres consent by myself.
The commun parts are cleaned by a cleaning lady every second week. That constitutes my share of the general cleaning to be set up.
The most important point to take into account is that I have two pets: one cat and one dog. So you need to be pet friendly and have no allergy to cats or dogs of course.
This is a active workers flatshare, so Home Office is limited to one day per week (do what I say don't say what I do). And people are encouraged to leave their door open as much as possible
The place is secured by a Verisure alarm system and there is one security camera in the corridor and the entree door has a smart lock, so you don't need any key to enter the apartment (but you will be given one at the smartlock becomes a bit idiot. It's not big brother but you have to be able to accept this minimum of house monitoring.
There is a mandatory 50€ cleaning fee at departure
