Ich vermiete ein schönes, helles Zimmer meiner 2-Zimmer Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete an Praktikant*innen o.ä. für 2-3 Monate. Eine Anmeldung ist nicht möglich.
Bei Interesse ist auch eine Nächteweise Vermietung möglich.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Nähe des Südkreuzes. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind reichlich vorhanden, genauso wie der öffentliche Nahverkehr. Gleichzeitig ist das Zimmer hell, ruhig und die Gegend sicher. Eine perfekte Basis um die Großstadt zu entdecken.
Das Zimmer ist mit allem ausgestattet: Bett, Sideboard, Tisch und Nachtschrank. In der Wohnung ist ebenso alles Wichtige vorhanden, wie Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Bad etc.
Da ich die meiste Zeit von zu Hause aus arbeite, suche ich eine ruhige, saubere Person, für die es in Ordnung ist, zu Hause keinen Besuch zu empfangen. Die Wohnung ist unser Rückzugsort.
Nun schreib mir kurz etwas zu dir, was du in Berlin machst, wie dein Alltag so aussieht und gern auch deine Handynummer, damit ich dich unkompliziert zu einer Besichtigung einladen kann.
