wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist das Zimmer wunderschön hell, komplett möbliert, d.h. Bett, Schreibtisch, Sofa mit Tisch, Flachbildfernseher, Kommode und Kleiderständer.
Die Miete ist inkl. allem. Miete, Strom usw.
Ansonsten gibt es sowohl Waschmaschine als auch Geschirrspüler, komplette Küche und ein wunderschönes Bad mit Wanne. Die Lage ist ruhig und sehr zentral.
Das Zimmer ist ab sofort zu mieten. Besichtigungen möglichst donnerstags oder samstags um 19 Uhr. Bitte um vorherige Absprache!
Lage: Superzentral, gegenüber ist die Post, U-Bahn in einer Minute erreichbar, drei nahe liegende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Volkspark für alle Sportler in drei Minuten zu erreichen!
WG-Leben: alles kann, nichts muss: alle arbeiten tagsüber, jeder kann sich in sein Zimmer zurückziehen, aber die Küche ist auch Kommunikationstreffpunkt, wer will, hat also immer Ansprechpartner!
Bitte gern per mail anfragen oder sms, zur Not auch übers Handy, aber ist etwas stressig ständig! Von 9 bis 21 Uhr ist ok.! Danke!!!
