I am renting my furnished apartment until the beginning of 2021.
The master bedroom (ca. 24m^2) has a king sized bed with a very comfortable orthopedic mattress and customizable slated frame. The closet for the master bedroom has been fitted into the corridor niche and is very spacious.
The other bedroom (ca. 18m^2) has a queen sized (160x200) fold-able bed with a very comfortable mattress and an Ikea closet, two shelves, a big leather sofa and a office desk with a rolling chair.
The wifi speed is 100 Mbit, which is the maximum current speed for the neighborhood.
The kitchen has fitted ikea cupboards and a Bosch system including fridge,cooker, hood, oven, dish washer and washing machine.
The armatures in the house are all german made "Grohe" and have been installed recently.
The warm water is facilitated over a flow-type heating system (boiler: Stiebel Eltron) which gives you constant warm water under 10 seconds.

Ich vermiete meine möblierte Wohnung bis Anfang 2021. Die Mindestmietdauer der Wohnung beträgt 3 Monate.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer (ca. 24m^2) hat ein Kingsize-Bett mit einer sehr komfortablen orthopädischen Matratze und einem individuell anpassbaren Schieferrahmen. Der Schrank für das Hauptschlafzimmer wurde in die Flurnische eingebaut und ist sehr geräumig.
Das andere Schlafzimmer (ca. 18m^2) hat ein Queen-Size (160x200) Klappbett mit einer sehr komfortablen Matratze und einen Schrank, zwei Regale.
Die Wifi-Geschwindigkeit beträgt 100 Mbit.
Die Küche verfügt über eine Einbauschränke und eine Bosch-Anlage mit Kühlschrank, Herd, Dunstabzugshaube, Backofen, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine.
Das warme Wasser wird über eine Durchlaufheizung zugeführt.

The apartment is just walking minutes away from Kurfürstendamm— lined with shops, houses, hotels and restaurants. From here the Berlin Expo and Berlin's Central bus station are just 5-10 minutes away by car and you can grab a cab to Tegel airport and be there in 20 minutes. Bus and trains connecting you to your destinations around Berlin are just 2-5 minutes away on foot. The same applies to supermarkets, restaurants and the shopping district.
The neighbors are just awesome and very welcoming and you will fall in love with the view from the balcony. I am renting as the owner of the apartment, hence you also get to register yourself with the city.

Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Kurfürstendamm entfernt, der als die Champs-Élysées von Berlin gilt und von Geschäften, Häusern, Hotels und Restaurants gesäumt ist. Von hier aus sind die Berliner Expo und der Zentrale Omnibusbahnhof in 5-10 Autominuten zu erreichen. Mit dem Taxi sind Sie in 20 Minuten am Flughafen Tegel. Busse und Bahnen, die Sie mit Ihren Zielen rund um Berlin verbinden, sind nur 2-5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Gleiches gilt für Supermärkte, Restaurants und die Einkaufsstraße.
