Huhu zusammen,
ich suche eine*n Mitbewohner*in für das kleinere Zimmer (12m²) in meiner Wohnung. Es liegt zur Nordseite, und ist damit morgens sonning und nachmittags kühl, hat ein großes Fenster und derzeit stehen zwei Kleiderschränke, eine Kommode und ein Doppelbett darin. Hab auch noch einen Schreibtisch und Stuhl, falls gebraucht. Möbel können gern genutzt werden, müssen sie aber nicht :)

I'm looking for a flatmate for the small room in my flat, it has 12m². The room is located to the north side, so you have a little sun in the morning and chillier temperature in the afternoon. It has a big window, currently to closets, a double-bed and a commode. You're free to use any of the furniture, I also have another desk and chair if needed :)
Zehlendorf-Süd/Schönow, direkt am Stadtrand beim Teltowkanal. Hier kann man super spazieren gehen, joggen, entspannen, zu den Seen fahren, baden gehen, alles sehr grün und gemütlich.
Supermarkt ist direkt vor der Wohnung und die Bushaltestellen sind jeweils ca 5-7min zu Fuß entfernt. Mit dem Rad ist man in 10 Minuten am S Zehlendorf und 15min U Oskar-Helene-Heim, damit kommt man eigentlich ganz schnell überall hin. kannst naatüürlich auch ohen Rad einziehen.
Located in southern Zehlendorf/Schönow close to teltow canal. I enjoy the area since it's very green here and great for walks, jogging, chiling by the lakesides, which are close, quite green and comfy :)
Supermarket is directly opposite of the flat and public transport takes around 5-7mins walking, depending on the bus stop. Via bike it's easy going 10mins to the S Zehlendorf and 15mins U Oskar-Helene-Heim, both don't take too much time to the center. Of coourseee you can as well move in without bike.
Ich bin 27, studiere BWL/Biochemie und arbeite nebenher. Manchmal mache ich bisschen Musik an, zocke oder bin mit dem Rad irgendwo unterwegs. Kochen und aufräumen finde ich beides super :D Da ich vorher in einigen WGs gewohnt habe, kann ich mich ganz gut anpassen oder man bespricht eben, wie es sein soll. Alle Zimmer liegen separat und abschließbar, bis auf den Balkon, der ist nur über mein Zimmer zu erreichen, oder du kletterst übers Küchenfenster, da stehen eine Couch und Wäschetrockner. FLINTA/LGBTQi-freundliche Wohnung, manchmal mache ich foodsharing.
I'm 27, studying economics/biochem and working :) I spend a lot time on the computer, music oder I go out cycling anywhere. Cooking and cleaning are both awesome :D Since I lived in plenty of colorful flats before this one, I can adjust to most any of living schedules or we just have a chat. All rooms are separate and lockable, except for the balcony, which is accessible through my room or you hop through the kitchen window.. balcony has a couch and a cloth-dryer. FLINTA/LGBTQi-friendly flatshare, sometimes I get stuff from foodsharing.
