I am looking for a FEMALE flatmate in our quiet and bright 3-room apartment. Time frame: March 2024 to mid-September 2024 (possibly longer, but that is uncertain). We are a couple with a 5 year old daughter but due to professional circumstances and temporary commuting we only spend very little time at the apartment. Alex, my partner, will use the other room mostly for sleeping only. Our daughter will possibly stay with him 1 or 2 nights during the week. It would be helpful if your daily routine fits somehow our needs: when our daughter stays in the flat, she wakes up at 7 and leaves the house at 7.50 am , getting home around 6 pm and going to sleep by 8.00 pm.
It would be great if you cared for occasional cooking together ;-). BUT THE REST OF THE TIME YOU WILL BE BY YOUR SELF IN THE FLAT. If you can imagine sharing with a parent and a little girl, I'd be happy to receive your message.
The room will be furnished before you move in. We care for good materials and nice furniture so that you feel happy and welcome, but we cannot yet provide photos of your furnished room.
