Anmeldung possible long term rent

Hallöchen :D I’m Alimire Alifujiang, and I’m currently enrolled by FU Berlin, I’m majored in Global East Asia (MA), and I’m looking for a place to stay for more than 6 months if possible.
I was born in Xinjiang, China and I’m a language enthusiast: I speak English, mandarin Chinese, Uyghur (it’s a centual Asian language, also my mother tongue) fluently, and I understand Cantonese since I finished my bachelor’s degree in Guangzhou; and of course I’m working on my German because I’m going to live and study there for two years and I’m really looking forward to making some local friends🥰; I’m studying Japanese as well, I’m deeply amazed by the culture and the spirits that a language conveys & contains, which would always bring people together❤️. Furthermore, I love photography and I’m learning oil painting, I’m so excited for finally being able to witness the best works of art in the museums in Europe🥹! As an adventurous person, I enjoy roaming around a city on foot, soaking up the atmosphere and finding unusual things that even a resident of the city might not have noticed before. If you’re interested in an international perspective, global culture and tasty centual/east Asian cuisines, or a lovable and caring personality, I’ll be the best roommate that you can imagine ;)

📁What I can offer: copy of my passport, immatriculation certificate from FU Berlin, proof of paid semester ticket, proof of my blocked account (Fintiba) which shows my financial condition, and if you need anything else, plz let me know.

🙋🏽‍♀️What I’m looking for: The first thing that I’m worried about is the Anmeldung, because everything’s going to be very complicated without this registration certificate given by the city hall. I‘d prefer a tidy household, and I’ll make sure to communicate with my roommate frequently and have a harmonious atmosphere of living together🥳 A good quality of sleep is really important for me, so I’d appreciate it if the roommate could keep the volume down during sleeping time. I’m a non-smoker, also not alcoholic, so I’d prefer the roommate to have the similar lifestyle. I wish to have fantastic exploration of the city Berlin, so I’d be so happy if we can spend time together for all kinds of exhibitions or interesting activities🐣.
