HELP!! A room during September

Hi! I'm Laura, I'm 21 and I'm an italian student. I'll come to berlin for one month to do research for my graduation thesis, so I need a place to stay. Becouse of my research a place closed to the center would be perfect. Anyway I know that you can reach every point of the city with public transports. I'm looking for a room for the month of September 2014. The precise date is flexible, we can discuss it together.
I’m a very friendly person and an arts lover. I have never been to Berlin but I’ve always loved it and now my dream can become true. I hope to have free time to explore this beautiful city, (maybe also with you :)). I can cook many typical italian foods and would be a pleasure for me cooking them for you. My research will keep me outdoor a lot of time but I’d like to have the possibility to know you and new people of different countries. This is a great opportunity for me and I want to use it as best.
