30 year old, Female, Australian seeking home!

I am 30 years old from Melbourne Australia and have lived in Berlin for just over a year. I have a Freelance Visa for another 2 years and am able to extend that afterwards. I am an English Teacher and also do babysitting/ 1:1 Tutoring with kids. I started to study German when I first got to Berlin but had to find work, now that my visa is sorted I plan on continuing to do that. I am currently looking to move from my flat in Prenzlauer Berg. I am after a relaxed, quiet, comfortable, home environment and am respectful of the people I live with and their belongings.

I love Music, I sometimes am away working on tour with bands tour managing/doing the merch etc. and am also away doing the Summer Kids Camps Teaching. I can say all the obvious things about being clean etc but it's true. With my job doing some Nanny work it also requires me to do some cleaning, so I am clean at home to! I really just want a place to call a home where I get along with the people, can maybe have dinner together once if we're all home but it's ok to be off in our own rooms doing our own thing, for it to be comfortable!
