Looking for a new place from January 2019

Hello,

i'm Kristina, recently moved to Berlin, from London, for a new job with an international charity.
I'm currently living in Moabit until the end of January, so I'm looking for a new place, to move any time from the beginning of the new year. I would prefer somewhere longer term.

I also work on Alt-Moabit and normally cycle or run to work so i'm looking for a (part) furnished room within about a 10km commute to there, and outside space to park my bike..
I would like a communal space, either living room or kitchen. I generally cook rather than live on takeaways and also like to bake when i find the time. And like to share with whomever i'm living with.
I don't eat meat however i would not label myself pescaterian, vegetarian, or vegan, etc.....
At weekends i go for long runs (20-30km) so somewhere with easy access to parks, river paths would be great.
i'm not the 'work hard, play hard' type but every so often i do like to go out party.

I own my own apartment in London and rented out my spare room before so definitely used to sharing and i know the do's and don't of sharing.

I'm looking to spend around EUR 650 but for the absolute perfect place i would be willing to stretch up to EUR 750 (all in).

Please let me know if you have a place you could offer me and if you would like to meet for a chat.
I put i can speak German, but that is very basic, however i'm working on it.....
