My name is John Gavin. I am a 23 year old Irish multilinguist with a passion for learning new languages, meeting new people from all different backgrounds and experiencing other cultures. I am an open-minded, accepting, kind and relaxed person, who is looking to meet and live with similar people.

I work for a European baked goods company. We produce various types of breads and pastries all around Europe. I work on the central procurement team, which sources our ingredients all around Europe to make our products - this means that my job is very international and I get a lot of free bread. I am transferring to a new role in our Berlin office which is located a few minutes away from Theodor Heuss Platz. When I am not in work, I am doing a lot of different fun and interesting activities. I am a lover of sports and also am passionate about equality and social progress. I play rugby for an inclusive rugby team in Dublin, which is a huge part of my life. This team is open and accepting to people of all different cultures, creeds, communities, such as the LGBTI+ community, and identities. I am an avid promoter of the club.
