South African looking for a Home

Hey!

I'm Cullan. I'm 26 and originally from Cape Town, South Africa. I've been in Berlin for 3 years and am looking for a new place from June 2021 :) My budget is 500 warm. I'm looking for a single-room apartment or a room in a 2-3 person WG with folks who are fairly clean, relaxed and easy going. I have all the necessary documents like Schufa (request now) , Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung etc. Anmeldung is a must. Long term is preferable. As for me, I work full-time at a café in Kreuzberg but have no shifts at the moment due to lockdown. I still receive Kurzarbeitergeld though, so I have no problem paying bills.

I practice yoga, play guitar and spend my free time away from work developing my art and writing. I'm fairly quiet and often enjoy my alone time but am also open to good chats and communal dinners. If its warm, you'll find me in the sun somewhere. If its cold, I'm probably in a museum or café. I come packed with crystals, plants, a light spirit and a happy heart.
