Looking for a place to rent for a studienkolleg student

My name is Juan Bautista i am 18 years old and I was accepted in the HTW. I consider myself a respectful, organized, clean and talkative person, I also don’t mind adjusting to other people’s likings or ways of living. I am very friendly and looking to improve my german through conversation so i would like making a friend or two. I like to keep areas clean so after i use the bathroom or before i leave my room, i will make sure to leave that area clean like it was before. I like cooking a lot and love to show the flavors of my country, so it would be a pleasure to cook for my roommates from time to time, or for me to try what they cook. Apart from that i am very helpful so i dont mind helping in house needs, such as taking out the trash or changing the bags or even helping a roommate make their room.
