Bin jede Woche nur von Dienstag bis Donnerstag (2x im Monat) oder Dienstag bis Freitag (2x im Monat) in Berlin zu arbeiten und studieren (IT). Das ergibt ca. 10-12 Nächte im Monat. Die restliche Zeit fahre ich weg und arbeite online. Ruhiger (älterer) Typ: Ordentlich, sauber, keine Partys. Zu Hause nur vor dem Rechner oder am Kochen (gutbürgerlich:). Zahle die Miete BAR und im VORAUS. Suche ruhige, helle Unterkunft gerne etwas Außerhalb im S-Bahn Bereich (zB. Reinickendorf, Pankow, Schönhausen, etc.) Tagesweise oder fest, gerne von privat.
