Hi everyone!
We are two females in their 30’s looking for a new flatmate, short term, up to 6 months, starting from 1 April.
We live in a big Altbau apartment between Spittelmarkt (U2) and Kochstr (U6). There’s also M29 and 248 just outside. It is located on a Main Street but our windows are towards backyard so it is normally very quiet.
The flat has 3 bedrooms, big living room and fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, with dishwasher and washing machine :) Smoking is allowed in the kitchen. The room has a 140 bed (incl linen), drawers, clothing rack and a desk and a chair.
We like to hang out together and are there for eachother but also respect each other’s privacy.
We have a cleaning schedule rotating every week. Also, you get plus points if you’re down to trying new classes with urban sports or going to the woods for a hike 😄
