Hi!
I am moving out of the WG so my room is free for 2 weeks with possibility of taking over the contract from December on. The price for the two weeks all included is 300€.
The room is quite big, has two windows looking south with some nice sun. Bed and Wardrobe are staying; they are from the landlord.
The entire apartment has been renovated a year ago, the bathroom and krichen are really nice. There is no real place to sit and eat together in the kitchen, but as the room is big, its not a problem. There are two other persons living in the apartment, one woman 20 studying and one 28 working in IT.
The neighbourhood is very nkce. There is the Panke, a mini river 100m away with many parks. Humboltshain is also around the corner. The closest metro station is Pankstrasse, U8. There is also the S Bahn, Bus, Train, everything you need :) Gesundbrunnen Station is also not too far, from there you are at Hbf in 4 minutes.
