Hey lovely people!

I'm Edgar and I'm renting out my room (22 Mts2) in our three-room WG (around 100 mts2) from December 1st 2023 to February 1st, 2024. The monthly rent is 550 euros, which includes radio tax and additional costs. There's a 1-month deposit of 550 euros. Please note that this rental doesn't include Anmeldung.

It's located in Wedding, just a 5-minute walk from Nauener Platz, 10 minutes from Leopoldplatz, and a quick 15-minute trip to Humboldthain. The street it's on is peaceful, and there are convenient transportation options, including a bus stop nearby, as well as the S-Bahn (S41-S42) and three U-Bahn lines (U9, U6, U8).

You'll be sharing the apartment with my lovely roommates, Hanna (from Germany) and Zoe (from Taiwan) in our renovated Altbau apartment. Our apartment is around 100 mts2 and we shared the bathroom and the kitchen as our common space. The room is rented to one person only.

We do not have dietary restrictions and we usually have movie or cooking nights when our schedule matches! We love the balance between life in a WG and our personal private space. We are noise-conscious so we hope the same for our next roomie :)
