Spacious 22m2 room in our super spacious Altbau (220m2) on the sunny 4th floor on the Kottbusser Damm. I'm subrenting my room from the 21st of December 2023 until the 24th of February 2023.
The rent is E750 per month. If you can rent for the full period, I'm happy to give a little discount.
My three roommates are all in the age of 30-35 and working fulltime. The room is very private in a corner of the building so you can have your own time if you feel like. The apartment is amazing with lots of space.
The room has everything you need: bed, closet and a desk. U8 is on a 2 minutes walking distance (Hermannplatz).

Inbetween Herrman Platz and Schönleinstrasse, definitely our favourite area in Berlin, with a great mix of cultures and vibrant bars and restaurants.

The room is very private in a corner of the building so you can have your own time if you feel like. The apartment is amazing with lots of space and of course you can use that as well.
