BITTE NUR WEIBLICHE BERWERBER
Da ich für ein Praktikum temporär nach München ziehe, untervermiete ich mein kleines aber feines WG-Zimmer.
Es ist komplett möbelliert, weshalb du dir keine Sorgen um Möbel machen musst. :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich super zentral am S-Bahnhof Friedrichstraße (3 Minuten zu Fuß), wodurch du innerhalb von 5 Minuten an Alexanderplatz bist, in 10 Minuten am Bahnhof Zoo und in 15 Minuten in Kreuzberg. Direkt am Haus gibt es ein süßes Café, was sieben Tage die Woche offen hat und sonst sind überall zahlreiche Lokale sowie Restaurants.
Direkt am Bahnhof gibt es einen Edeka der Mo-So offen hat. Aldi, Rewe und dm befinden sich ebenfalls in der Friedrichstraße.
Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin Eva ist 25 Jahre alt, studiert Kinderpädagogik, lebt vegan und geht nebei einem Job nach.
Unser Miteinander ist sehr harmonievoll und ruhig. Damit sich jeder in der WG wohlfühlt ist es uns wichtig, dass abwechselt einmal die Woche die Wohnung geputzt wird.
Wir sind keine Party-WG, jedoch freut sich Eva immer über einen netten Plausch in der Küche. :)
Um Rücksicht auf Eva's vegane Lebensweise zu nehmen, würden wir uns freuen, wenn in der Küche ausschließlich vegetarisch gekocht wird. Fleischkonsum ist natürlich in Ordnung, solange es im eigenen Zimmer verspeist wird! :)
