Die Wohnung ist in Berlin Moabit. Es ist eine 2-Personen WG. Ich gehe reisen und möchte in der Zeit mein Zimmer untervermieten.
Das Zimmer ist etwa 30qm. Das Bad groß mit Badewanne und größere neue Küche - richtig schön zum kochen. Wir sind ein veganer Haushalt. Meine Mitbewohnerin hat auch einen Hund.
Das Zimmer hat alles was man brauchen kann: ein 1,80m breites riesiges Bett, Couch, Fernseher, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Spiegel und Gitarre, falls du spielst.
Bus ist super nah. Ansonsten Ringbahn Beusselstraße 7 min Fußweg und theoretisch U9 Birkenstraße oder Turmstraße so um die 15-20 min Fußweg.
Ich würde meine normalen Mietkosten nehmen + etwa 10% für die Möbel. Das sind etwa 667€ pro Monat beziehungsweise 1000€ für die insgesamt 6 Wochen. Das beinhaltet alles, Grundmiete, Internet, Strom, Gas, Möbel, etc. Und ich bräuchte die Miete optimalerweise im Voraus und eine Kaution von 2x Monatsmiete von als Sicherheit, die du dann zurück bekommst, wenn alles im Zimmer noch heile ist.
