Die Wohnung liegt im 1.OG, ist etwa 80 qm groß, hat drei Zimmer, sowie eine Küche mit Essbereich, kleinem Wohnzimmer und kleinem Balkon, eine Abstellkammer und ein Bad. EBK, Waschmaschine, WLAN sind vorhanden. Das freie Zimmer ist ca. 15qm groß, und eure Vormieterin hat Bett und Schreibtischstul da gelassen.
Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb, in Französisch-Buchholz. Dementsprechend ist man schnell im Grünen (Karower Teiche, Baggersee, Feld). Allerdings kommt man auch recht schnell ins Zentrum, da die Tram direkt vorm Haus hält: 15 Minuten nach Pankow, 20 Minuten Prenzlauer Berg, 30 Minuten Alex. Direkt im Haus gibt es einen Imbiss und in der Umgebung (zu Fuß also gut zu erreichen) zwei Rewe, Netto, Denns, Rossmann, Aldi, Penny, Bauhaus.
In der Wohnung wohnen Minori und Emna.
Den Alltag, z.B. das Putzen regeln wir manchmal nach Plan, manchmal sprechen wir uns auch einfach ab. Mal schauen, wie wir das dann in Zukunft regeln werden.
D.h. also alles entspannt: wir sind keine reine Zweck-WG, aber auch keine erzwungene Familien-Ersatz-WG. Wenn es funkt, dann funkt es - Hauptsache wir bleiben alle freundlich zu einander.
Schreibt uns doch ganz kurz etwas zu euch - es muss kein Roman sein, aber ein kurzer Text zu euch wäre schön. Wir freuen uns von euch zu hören:)
We prefer someone who can use the common space in a neat manner, if you leave your dishes dirty for more than a day maybe it wont be a good fit for you…
