Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete / Short Term in Berlin-Mitte 29. Juli - 13. August , Anmeldung possible!

Hallo zusammen

ich bin vom 29.07 bis zum 15.08 nicht in Berlin und möchte in dieser Zeit mein Zimmer untervermieten.

Du wirst mit meinem wunderbaren Mitbewohner Stephan zusammenwohnen, der Deutsch und Englisch spricht. Sauberkeit und Ordnung sind bei uns sehr wichtig!!!

Es gibt 3 große Zimmer in der Wohnung: "Dein" Zimmer, Wohnzimmer und Stephans Zimmer - also gibt es genügend Platz!

Die Wohnung selbst ist ein Traum: Alle Räume gehen Richtung Süden direkt auf den Arkonaplatz, es gibt einen sonnigen und wunderschönen Balkon. (Dein Zimmer hat direkten Balkonzugang) ( Aktuell steht noch ein großes Gerüst vor dem Balkon... ) jedoch kann man den Balkon trotzdem ohne Probleme nutzen und betreten.
Es gibt schnelles Internet (1000MBit), Sonos Sound System, Alexa, voll ausgestattete Küche (mit Vitamix,Kitchenaid!), Wohnzimmer mit Klavier, Fernseher und Staubsauger-Roboter. Eine Putzhilfe kommt 2x pro Monat. Die Miete beträgt 550 pro Monat inkl. allem. Anmeldung ist möglich…

Stephan arbeitet als Marketing Leiter und Fotograf und ist unter der Woche meistens zwischen 06:00 - 07:00 Uhr schon aus dem Haus. Dementsprechend wäre es super, wenn du einen geregelten Alltag hast und nicht unter der Woche bis spät am Feiern bist. Auch, wenn das Zimmer nur auf Zeit frei ist, würden wir uns trotzdem eine freundschaftliche Atmosphäre wünschen.

Es wäre super, wenn du etwas über dich schreiben könntest und deine WhatsApp-Nummer schickst. Stephan würde im ersten Schritt gerne einen Videocall machen, um rauszufinden, ob es passt! Bitte keine Paare!

Hi folks!

I will be out of Berlin starting 24. April until May 13. and I'm subletting my fully furnished room during that time.

You will stay in the apartment with my lovely flatmate Stephan who speaks German and English. Cleanliness and order are very important to him.

There are 3 big rooms: "your room", living room and Stephan's room, so there is plenty of space.

The apartment is a dream: All rooms reach out directly on Arkonaplatz, there is a sunny and quiet southbound balcony - and all of this in the heart of Berlin! (Your room as direct access to the balcony.)
Other features: internet (200Mbit), Sonos sound system, Alexa, a fully equipped kitchen with a super blender (Vitamix), bathroom and living room with TV, piano and automatic vacuum cleaner robot. A cleaning lady comes twice per month. The rent is 800 per month. Anmeldung is possible.

Stephan works as a marketing manager and photographer and is usually out of the house between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. during the week. Accordingly, it would be great if you had a regular everyday life and not partying until late during the week. Even if the room is only temporarily available, we would still like a friendly atmosphere.

It would be great if you could write a little bit about you and send your whatsapp number. Stephan would love to have a video call with you to see if I think its a match! Please no couples!
