Your room has 22 square metres and is very bright. It is furnished with a 160x200 bed, a huge nice desk and a wardrobe. It has a big Smart TV that you are of course free to use. The room is 280 Euros all incl. for the whole period. I am going to take 100 Euro security deposit.
The apartment is located in the heart of Friedrichshain 7 min walking from Frankfurter Allee Sbahn and 7 min walking from Samariterstr. Ubahn. Walking distance to boxi (Boxhagener Platz) is 10 min. You have plenty of nice restaurants around and the tram stops directly in front of the house.
You are going to live with two chilled guys, Lukas and Jonas. Hey are both students and are 32 and 30 years old. Smoking is allowed in the kitchen or on the balcony.
The bathroom is spacious and bright and has a bathtub, the spacious kitchen invites for nice board game nights together and cooking sessions.
