Es handelt sich um mein eigenes Zimmer welches ich zur Zwischenmiete anbiete, da ich in dem Zeitraum nicht in Berlin sein werde. Das Zimmer ist hell, hat viel Platz und ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist ruhig und dennoch zentral. Supermärkte, Späti, Café, Park, etc. ist alles in der Nähe. Zur U- Bahn und Tram sind es ca. 7 min zu Fuß.
Es handelt sich um eine 3er Wg. Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet und alles notwendige ist vorhanden. Meine zwei Mitbewohnerinnen sind während der Zeit weiterhin in der Wohnung. Da beide arbeiten ist ein entsprechendes Verhalten und gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme wichtig.
Eine Mitbewohnerin hat ein eigenes Bad und daher teilen wir uns nur zu zweit ein Bad.
Dass jeder seine Sachen selbst aufräumt und auf Sauberkeit achtet versteht sich ja von selbst ;-).
