Spontaneous Furnished apartment for 1 Month, 130m2, 850€, plz read the text

Hey!

Ich gehe für einen Monat weg und biete meine Wohnung für diese Zeit an. Es ist eine Maisonette Dachgeschosswohnung über zwei Etagen. Im oberen Geschoss ist das Schlafzimmer mit begehbarem Kleiderschrank wie in den ersten Bildern zu sehen. Ein kleines Badezimmer und das Schlafzimmer meiner Mitbewohnerin. Unten findest du ein Esszimmer, Frühstückszimmer (gleichzeitig die Vorratskammer) das gen Osten zeigt und morgens schön die Sonne rein scheint. Die Küche, ein Wohnzimmer das quasi ein Raum mit Couch, weichem Teppich, Beamer und großer weißer Wand ist. Das zweite Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne, mein Büro und der Balkon. Du kannst natürlich alle Räume komplett nutzen.

Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, es gibt Handtücher und Bettwäsche – du musst nur dich selbst mitbringen. Die meisten Heizungen haben smarte Thermostate und folgen einem Heizplan, auf jedem Stockwerk hilft ein Staubsaugerroboter aus und sehr viele Lampen sind ebenso smart und fernsteuerbar. Vier Zimmer (inkl. dem Schlafzimmer) haben vernetzte Sonos Lautsprecher, dass du Musik hören kannst wo auch immer du gerade rumläufst.

Der Preis sind 850€/Monat all-in mit Internet, Netflix usw. Wenn du bis hier gelesen hast, schreib bitte supercalifragilistic an den Anfang deiner Nachricht, dass ich den ganzen Spam aussortieren kann, ich suche nach jemand verantwortungsbewussten, da ich alles dort lasse und nur ein paar persönliche Dinge mitnehmen werde. Und wie erwähnt wohnt noch meine fantastische Mitbewohnerin Daryna mit dir in der Wohnung.

Hey!

I am going away for 1 Month and I am looking for someone to live in my apartment for the time. It is a Maisonette rooftop apartment stretching over two floors. On the top floor there is the Bedroom with walk-in wardrobe as you can see in the first pictures. A small bathroom and one more room that is not pictured – this is where my flatmate is living. Downstairs you find a dining room, a breakfast room (also the storage) directed east for sunrises in the mornings. The kitchen, a livingroom which is basically a couch with a soft carpet, a beamer and a large white wall; the second bathroom with a shower and bathtub, my office and a small balcony. Of course you can use all of these rooms.

It is fully furnished, there are towels and bedsheets – you basically just need yourself. Most Thermostats are smart and follow a heating schedule, there are two vacuum robots helping out on each floor and a lot of lamps are also smart and remotely controllable. Four rooms (incl. the bedroom) have Sonos speakers, so its possible to listen to music wherever you walk around.

Price is 850€ all-in with Internet, Netflix and so on. And if you read so far please use the word supercalifragilistic in your reply so I can sort out spam, as I am looking for someone responsible for the time. I will only take a few personal items with me. And as mentioned my fantastic flatmate Daryna will be living there with you.
