Lage

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Teutoburger Wald und dem Naherholungsgebiet Johannisberg, was sie zu einer tollen Wohnung für Leute macht, die die Natur lieben und gerne spazieren, wandern oder joggen gehen. Das Viertel ist sehr ruhig und die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Das Stadtzentrum ist nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Die nächsten Bushaltestellen sind nur ca. 5 und 10 Gehminuten entfernt, die nächsten drei S-Bahn-Haltestellen (Adenauerplatz, Siegfriedplatz, Jahnplatz (Innenstadt)) 10 bis 15 Minuten. Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind in 10 Minuten (Netto) bzw. 15 Minuten (Edeka und Aldi) zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Sparrenburg, der Tierpark Olderdissen, der Bürgerpark, eine Kunstgalerie mit Park, eine Turnhalle und ein Kletterpark sind ebenfalls in der Nähe der Wohnung.

The apartment is located right next to the Teutoburg Forest and the Johannisberg recreation area, which makes it an excellent apartment for people who love nature and enjoy walking, hiking or jogging. The neighbourhood is tranquil and the apartment is located centrally. The city centre is only a 10-minute walk away. The nearest bus stops are only about 5 and 10 minutes walk away, the closest three S-Bahn stops (Adenauerplatz, Siegfriedplatz, Jahnplatz) 10 to 15 minutes. Grocery stores are within 10 minutes (Netto) or 15 minutes (Edeka and Aldi) walking distance. The Sparrenburg, the Olderdissen Zoo, the Bürgerpark, an art gallery and its park, an outdoor gym and a climbing park are also close to the apartment.

WG-Leben

Johannah zieht aus und ist auf der suche nach einem neuen lieben Mitglied für unsere schöne WG. Estella studiert Kunst. Ab Juni schauen wir auch für sie nach einer neuen Mitbewohnerin. Somit ist das also fast wie eine WG- Neugründung und ihr habt die Möglichkeit großen Einfluss auf die WG- Dynamik zu nehmen.
Lisa hat ihren Master vor kurzem abgeschlossen und arbeitet schon. Sie ist Abends immer Zuhause und kocht oft fleißig in der Küche :)
Für uns ist ein harmonisches und respektvolles miteinander sehr wichtig und wir achten sehr aufeinander. Es soll keine Zweck-WG sein, Aktivitäten wie gemeinsames Kochen, im Garten entspannen oder zusammen Sport machen sind sehr willkommen, wobei natürlich auch respektiert wird, wenn jemand mal seine Ruhe haben will. Nach dem Motto, alles kann, nichts muss :)

Johannah is moving out and is looking for a new dear member for our beautiful shared flat. Estella is studying art and will start a semester abroad in June and will be looking for a new roommate for this time. Lisa has just finished her master’s degree and is already working. For us, a harmonious and respectful relationship is very important and we take great care of each other. It is not meant to be a purpose-sharing flat, activities such as cooking together, relaxing in the garden or doing sports together are very welcome, although of course we also respect people when they want to have their peace and quiet.

Die WG hat einen Internetvertrag, den wir uns miteinander teilen (20€/Monat bei drei Leuten)

Ein paar der Möbel auf den Bildern sind Möbel von Johannah und nicht die vom Vermieter gestellten Möbel, bei einem Gespräch können wir dazu nähere Infos geben, schreib uns einfach hier an, falls du Interesse oder Fragen hast, Onlinegespräche über Zoom sind auch möglich.
