Da meine Mitbewohnerin und ich ausziehen, werden mein Zimmer (+Ankleidezimmer) und das Zimmer unseres Mitbewohners (er zieht innerhalb der WG um) frei.
Mein Zimmer hat ca. 13 qm, aber da man wegen des Ankleidezimmers keinen Schrank braucht, ist der Platz mehr als ausreichend für ein 1,40m Bett und Fernseher, einen Schreibtisch und ein kleines Sofa!
Das zweite Zimmer hat ca. 17 qm und es passt locker ein 1,40m Bett, Schreibtisch, Fernseher und Schrank/Kommode rein.
Die Wohnung ist eine Dachgeschosswohnug mit gemütlicher Küche inkl. tollem Ausblick, Bad und Flur.
Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage, da sie nur 5-10 Minuten (zu Fuß) vom Jahnplatz entfernt liegt.
Die Innen- und Altstadt sowie verschiedene Supermärkte und die Bahnstationen "Jahnplatz" und "Adenauerplatz" sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Sogar zur Uni dauert es mit dem Fahrrad nur 15-20 Minuten.
Meine Mitbewohnerin und ich ziehen aus der Wohnung aus, obwohl wir uns die letzten 5 Jahre hier sehr wohl gefühlt haben.
Unser Mitbewohner Welisson (26) bleibt in der Wohnung.
