Ab 01.02. - 30.06 14 m² Zimmer in lebendiger und familiärer Studenten-WG [Sublet]

Unsere WG liegt fußläufig eine Minute von der Stadtbahn-Haltestelle Lohmannshof (am westlichen Ende der Linie 4) entfernt. Zur Uni geht man etwa 10 Minuten und auch zum Teutoburger Wald ist es nur ein Katzensprung (Katzen können verdammt weit springen!).
Sollte in deiner Speisekammer unerwartet Leere herrschen, kannst du ohne Weiteres "Erstmal zu Penny", da dieser neben Post, Apotheke und Ärzten in ebenfalls bloss einer Minute erreichbar ist. Darüber hinaus gibt es Donnerstags vor der Haustür ein "Wochenmärktchen", auf dem man Obst, Gemüse, etc. einkaufen kann.

Wir stehen in sehr guten Kontakt zu unserer Nachbar-WG (verstehen uns eher als eine gemeinsame WG)- zum Quatschen bei Kaffe/Tee, Bier und Wein oÄ findet sich also zu fast jeder Tages- (und Nacht-) Zeit jemand. Im Prinzip soll das also heißen, dass du damit mehr oder weniger in eine 12er-WG einziehen würdest. Die Raumaufteilung ist so, dass die beiden Gemeinschaftsräume (Ess- und Wohnzimmer) über eine Durchgangstür verbunden sind und auch der Flurbereich gemeinsamer Eingang ist. Außerdem gibt es einen gemeinsamen Balkon. Jede Wohnung hat natürlich aber eine eigene Küche und eigene Bäder.

In unserer WG herrscht ein familiäres Klima mit einigen gemeinsamen Aktivitäten. Für fast alles, was du machen möchtest, findest du hier motivierte Mitstreiter - ob Spieleabende, gemeinsames Kochen, Grillen, Filme gucken, zusammen Ausgehen oder auch einfach nur im Wohnzimmer rumhängen.
Einige von uns sind sportlich motiviert - von Tanzen, Akrobatik über Joggen, bouldern, Basketball, wandern bis schwimmen und Yoga ist alles dabei - sodass man Uni-Sportkurse bzw. Aktivitäten in freier Wildbahn nicht allein bewältigen muss. Auch musikalisch Aktive lassen sich unter den Mitbewohnern finden - falls du also Bock auf Musik zur untergehenden Sonne auf dem Balkon hast und/oder im Wohnzimmer, bist du hier genau richtig.

Außerdem haben wir gemeinsam ein Gemüsebeet angelegt, falls du also Spaß am gärtnern hast, könntest du dich da natürlich auch gern beteiligen. Wobei noch nicht klar ist, ob das dieses Jahr wieder klappt.

Wenn du deine Ruhe haben willst, kannst du aber auch einfach mal die Tür hinter dir zu machen.

Normalerweise ändert sich in unserer WG-Konstellation nicht viel auf ein Mal - also sind wir wohl alle gerne hier :)

Wir sind absolut keine Zweck-WG. Daher suchen wir Mitbewohner, die Lust auf unser WG-Leben haben und auch dazu beitragen wollen.
Außerdem ist es notwendig, dass du als Student*in/ an der Uni oder Fh eingeschrieben bist, da wir hier in einem Studentenwohnheim leben (ohne bist du leider nicht berechtigt). Zudem hat jeder von uns einen eigenen Mietvertrag, was praktisch ist und vielen Problemen vorbeugt.
Meld dich gern über das Kontaktformular hier, schreib bitte auch ein bisschen über dich, sodass wir schonmal einen Eindruck über dich haben. Erähl uns doch zum Beispiel einen Witz, das macht das ganze etwas persönlicher und so müssen wir nicht die selbe Nachricht von jeder Person lesen :). Room

Your 14m² room and lovable WG is waiting for you! :-)
The room impresses with its own sink+mirror, so you don't have to queue in the bathroom in the morning.

In addition, there is a cozy living room, a dining room and a (in summer mostly) nice balcony with a friendly bunch of roommates.

Location

Our WG is within walking distance of the Lohmannshof tram stop (at the western end of line 4). The university is about 10 minutes away (by foot) and the Teutoburger Wald is only a stone's throw away (if you're very good a throwing things).
If your pantry is unexpectedly empty, you can easily go to Penny (discounter right across the parking lot), which is also just a minute away, along with the post office, pharmacy and doctors. In addition, on Thursdays there is a "Wochenmärktchen" (weekly market) on the doorstep where you can buy fruit, vegetables, etc.

WG-Life

We are in very good contact with our neighboring flatmates (we see ourselves more as one big WG) - so you can find someone to chat with over coffee/tea, beer, wine, etc. at almost any time of the day (or night). In principle, this means that you would more or less move into a 12-person shared apartments. The room layout is such that the two common rooms (dining room and living room) are connected via a passage door and the hallway area is also a common entrance. There is also a shared balcony. However, each apartment has its own kitchen and bathrooms.
So if there are more than five people sitting across from you in the WG casting - don't be surprised, we decide and cast together :)

In our shared flat there is a familiar atmosphere with some common activities. For almost everything you would like to do, you will find someone motivated.
Whether it's game nights, cooking together, barbecuing, watching movies, going out together or just hanging out in the living room.
Some of us are like to do lots of sports - from dancing, acrobatics, jogging, bouldering, basketball, hiking to swimming and yoga - so that you don't have to master university sports courses or activities in the wild alone. Even musically active people can be found among the roommates - so if you are up for music to the setting sun on the balcony and/or in the living room, you are in the right place. But if you want to have your peace and quiet, you can also just close the door behind you.

In addition, we have created a vegetable patch together, so if you enjoy gardening, you could of course also participate. However, it's not clear yet if it will work out this year again.

Other

Normally not much changes in our WG constellation at once - so I guess we all like being here :)

We are absolutely no purpose WG. Therefore we are looking for flatmates who like our WG-life and also want to contribute to it.
Also, it is necessary that you are a student/ enrolled at the university or Fh, because we live here in a student dormitory (without you are unfortunately not eligible). In addition, each of us has his or her own rental contract, which is practical and prevents many problems.
