Ruhige und schöne 3-Zimmer-Wohnung voll möbliert in Bielefeld in der Nähe der Bielefelder Universität

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und bietet Zugang zum Busbahnhof sowie zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Es gibt einen Busbahnhof nur 8 Minuten zu Fuß, der Ort ist in der Nähe der Universität Bielefeld. 6 Minuten mit dem Bus zur Universität, nur etwa 1,8 km. 15 Minuten Fahrt mit dem Bus zum Jahnplatz und Bielefeld Hbf. 7 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist nur 10 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Andere Bushaltestellen und der Bahnhof Babenhausen Süd sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Sie haben also Verbindungen zu den Zuglinien 3 und den Buslinien 31 und 57 in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß, mit denen Sie schnell zum Stadtzentrum, zur Universität, kommen können.

Einkaufen ist super einfach, Sie brauchen nur 10 Minuten, um nach Rewe oder Aldi, Lidil, Penny, Rossman, auf der anderen Straßenseite der Wohnung zu kommen.

Ich mag besonders die Situation, dass man einerseits schnell im Stadtzentrum, in der Universität usw. ist, aber gleichzeitig sehr nah an der Natur und ruhig lebt. Zum Beispiel gehe oder laufe ich gerne im nahe gelegenen Wald und Sie haben hier auch viele Parks und andere schöne Ecken im Grünen.

Sie haben zwei weibliche Mitbewohner, die Englisch und ein wenig Deutsch sprechen, die sie an der Owl University in Lemgo studieren. Wir lernen alle drei, aber wir machen am Ende des Tages immer noch gerne etwas zusammen, sei es ein Drink und ein Gespräch auf dem Balkon. Von Zeit zu Zeit findet auch ein gemeinsamer Kochabend statt. Am Wochenende sind wir normalerweise auch in der Wohngemeinschaft und verbringen unsere Zeit zusammen, manchmal für sich selbst.

Ansonsten ist es uns auch wichtig, dass jeder die Möglichkeit hat, sich in seinem Zimmer zurückzuziehen, um dort seine Ruhe und Ruhe haben zu können, ohne gestört zu werden.

A fully equipped common kitchen (including dishwasher!), a large bathroom (with shower, bathtub and window) and a storage room with locker facility . washing machine is available on the basement . There is also a common bicycle storage room.

Location

The apartment is centrally located which has access to the bus station as well as tram station . There is a bus station just in 8 minutes of walk, the place is near to Bielefeld university. 6 minutes in bus to university, only around 1.8 KM. 15 minutes of travel in bus to jahnplatz and Bielefeld Hbf. 7 minutes using tram. Tram station is only 10 minutes on foot from the apartment. Other bus stops and the Babenhausen Süd train station can be reached in a few minutes. So you have connections to train line 3 and bus lines 31 and 57 in less than 10 minutes on foot, with which you can quickly get to the city center, university .

You have two female flat sharing room mates, who speaks English and little bit of german they are studying in th owl university lemgo . We are all three studying, but we still like to do something together at the end of the day, be it a drink and a chat on the balcony. A joint cooking evening also takes place from time to time. At the weekend we are usually also in the shared flat and spend our time together, sometimes for themselves.
Otherwise, it is also important to us that everyone has the opportunity to withdraw in their room in order to be able to have their peace and quiet there without being disturbed.
