Ich vermiete mein Zimmer -erstmal zur Zwischenmiete- da ich ab Februar ein Auslandssemester mache. Wenns dir gefällt, kann ich im Anschluss ganz ausziehen, da ich mich eh am Ende meines Studiums befinde.
Ab dem 29.1. ist die Wohnung frei (Miete ab Februar, notfalls ab 1.3) Ich komme im August zwar wieder, die Wohnung kann aber länger vermietet werden.
Für 163,10 Euro WARM (Strom, Internet, Wasser - alles drin)
Das ZIMMER ist möbiliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank, Regale, Waschbecken + Spiegel).
Die WG ist total chillig und sauber. Zwar ist das ne 5er WG, aber du hast dein eigenes Zimmer, wo es ruhig ist. Die Dusche und die separate Toilette teilst du dir auch nur mit einer Person!
Für Studis ist die Wohnung optimal! (Fußweg zur Uni: 5 Minuten, zur FH: 7 bis 8 Min)
