Das Zimmer ist 16qm groß und hat ein Fenster.
Zwischen den Zimmern ist eine große Wohnküche mit Tisch und Sofa, wo wir auch gerne mal gemeinsam ein Bierchen trinken, Singstar spielen oder einfach nur quatschen.
Die Wohnung hat zudem noch ein Bad und ein seperates WC.
Eine Waschküche sowie einen Fahrradkeller gibt es hier auch im Haus.
Es handelt sich um eine Wohnung direkt am Uni-Campus (gegenüber vom OS).
Man erreicht die Uni in etwa 2-3 Minuten. Die S-Bahn Haltestellen Bültmannshof und Universität erreicht man in etwa 5 Minuten und einen kleinen Supermarkt, sowie Apotheke, Ärzte und ähnliches in etwa 7 Minuten.
Wir sind eine sehr aufgeschlossene WG, die auch gerne mal zusammen etwas unternimmt. Wir grillen gerne mal auf dem Balkon oder gehen zusammen feiern. Es handelt sich nicht um eine Zweck- WG also wäre es super, wenn du dich nicht nur im Zimmer einschließt.
Mina (21) geht an das Oberstufenkolleg, Max (20) studiert Mathe und Bio und Matthias (24) studiert auf Grundschullehramt.
Da es sich um eine Wohnung des Studentenwerks handelt, musst du in der Uni oder der FH eingeschrieben sein um hier wohnen zu dürfen.
