Prima Zimmer in schicker Bude, direkt am Kesselbrink, Küche mit Barzeile und großem Wohnzimmer, Balkon, sogar´n Fahrstuhl. Ihr könnt meinen PC nutzen während ich weg bin. Netter Mitbewohner, Miete eigentlich höher, aber wer gibt schon mehr als 300€ für´ne Zwischenmiete aus. Zum Jahnplatz sind es zu Fuss ca. 40 Sekunden, zur besten Bar der Stadt (GegenÜber) ebenso.
Am liebsten würde ich das Zimmer vom 1. September bis 15. November vermieten, falls ihr nicht solange bleiben wollt, kann man da sicher auch was regeln.
Die Kaltmiete ist all inclusive, ich hatte jetzt keine Lust das alles auseinanderzurechnen. Ihr gebt mir 299€, dafür bekommt ihr´ne warme, möblierte Bude mit Internet und einem kostenlosen Kaffee pro Tag :)
