Schöne 95 m² 3 ZKB Wohnung mit Balkon. Die Wohnung ist bestens als
2er- bzw. 3er-WG geeignet. Ein netter Mitbewohner lebt bereits in der WG und sucht nun 2 neue Mitbewohner (Männer/Frauen). Ein Pkw-Stellplatz, zwei Abstellräume und ein Keller sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Eigene Waschmaschine kann im Keller aufgestellt werden. TV & Highspeed-Internetzugang von Unitymedia sind vorhanden.
Ein Zimmer das zu besetzen ist, hat eine Größe von 12 m². Das andere beziehbare Zimmer hat eine Größe von 17 m² und zusätzlich einen kleinen Balkon. Das Zimmer von Elias hat außerdem einen großen Balkon, der für alle verfügbar wäre.
