Tolles Zimmer in schöner Lage. Ein riesengroßer Einbauschrank bietet jede Menge Platz für Klamotten und anderen Kram. Wie man auf den Fotos erkennen kann könnte ich auch alles andere gut unterbringen.
Superzentral. In 5min zu Fuss in der Altstadt. S-Bahn Linie 3 1min entfernt. Linie 4 2min entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle in 2-3 min erreichbar. (Rewe, Real)
Ziehe mit meiner Freundin zusammen weswegen ich mein Zimmer aufgebe. Komme mit meiner Mitbewohnerin super zurecht und wir haben viele lustige und schöne Abende gehabt. :) Sie steckt gerade noch in ihrer Ausbildung und ist daher auch nicht so oft zu Hause, ist aber ansonsten für jeden Spaß zu haben oder auch nicht, wenn man mal einen ruhigen Abend braucht.
Die Gesamte Miete mit allem was dazu gehört beläuft sich auf 365€. Das heißt WLAN (100mbit Telekom) ist natürlich auch schon mit drin.
Für die Küche und diverse andere Gegenstände in der Wohnung ist eine kleine Ablöse zu zahlen.
