Hello everyone!
I am moving out in March/April, so there is a free room in our nice WG:) Overall, the apartment is 42 m² and your future room is 14 m². The apartment includes a shared kitchen with full of all required equipment and shared bathroom. The view of the flat is really good. You can see nice forest from your window. Furthermore, the room is fully furnished and the fee for all furniture that you can see in the pictures including bed and wardrobe, table, büro chair, armchair and many other is 50 €. The apartment flat is 15 minutes walk from school and 5 minutes walk from tram station and 3 minutes walk from bus station. It is in the middle of the city center and the university. There is a nice parks near the dormitory. The closest market for shopping is Netto and it takes 5 minutes to go there by bus.
Your future roommate, İlknur, is 30 years old and she is doing Quantitative Economics master in Bielefeld University. We like cooking and eating together and sometimes we go for a walk and run. She is an easy-going and relaxed person that you will enjoy to share a WG flat. One of the important thing about flat sharing for her is cleanless. "Clean after use" is our principle for living in a WG flat.
The rent is 207€ and everything is included in that. Coin-operated washing machines and a dryer are located in the basement of the student residence.
Since this is a dorm room, you must be a registered student in Bielefeld University. The deposit of 300 € should be paid to the Studierendenwerk Bielefeld.
