Ich (Max) ziehe Ende des Monats aus und suche einen Zwischenmieter für die 3 monatige Kündigungsfrist. Da sich die Wg auflöst, könnte die Wohnung anschließend übernommen werden (Vermieter LEG).
Das Zimmer ist ca. 14 qm groß, ist schön hell und liegt zur Gartenseite.
Die Wohnung ist eine 3ZKB Wohnung. Das Bad ist groß genung für drei Personen. Die Küche ist leider etwas kleiner, aber man kann sich zurecht finden ;)
Unsere Wg hat eine Toplage. Die Uni ist nur etwa 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Bahnhaltestelle (Wellensiek) sogar nur 1 Minute zu fuß.
Außerdem gibt es direkt um die Ecke einen Penny, eine Apotheke, eine Post und einen Imbiss. Ein paar Minuten mehr zu Fuß befindet sich ein Jibi, eine Sparkasse usw.
Insgesamt ist es sehr ruhig hier am Wellensiek und man ist trotzdem in ein paar Minuten in der Uni oder in der Stadt.
In der WG lebt ein Hund.
Die gesamte MIete für das Zimmer beträgt 262 EUR inkl. W-Lan, GEZ etc...
