Zunächst zum Zimmer selbst: Es ist ca. 16 m^2 groß und mit einer großen Fensterfront und Zugang zum kleineren der beiden Balkone augestattet. Ab Januar werde ich durch Erasmus im Ausland sein und möchte daher mein Zimmer für ein halbes Jahr untervermieten. Daher ist es natürlich voll möbiliert. Meine Sachen werde ich vorher natürlich rausräumen, die Möbel (Schränke, Bett, Scheibtisch, Stühle) würden aber drin darin stehen bleiben. Je nach Bedarf können einzelne Möbel über den Zeitraum natürlich auch ausgetauscht werden. Ebenso ist optional die Bücher im Regal stehen zu lassen und die Pflanzen zu behalten (falls du einen grünen Daumen hast :P).
Jetzt zu unserer Wohnung: Zu unserer 3-Zimmer Wohnung gehören erstmal 2 Balkone, auf dem gößerem der beiden kann sobald es wärmer wird schön gesessen werden (oder eben mit Decke). Außerdem haben wir ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer und 2 Bäder sowie eine Vorrats-Kammer. Ansonsten haben besitzten wir eigentlich alles an Austattung und Küchenutensilien was das Herz begehrt. :)

First of all about the room itself: It is approx. 16 m^2 in size and has a large window front and access to the smaller of the two balconies. From January on I will be abroad on Erasmus and would therefore like to sublet my room for six months. Therefore it is of course fully furnished. I will of course remove my things beforehand, but the furniture (wardrobes, bed, desk, chairs) will remain in the room. Depending on requirements, individual pieces of furniture can of course be replaced for the time. Leaving the books on the shelf and keeping the plants is also optional (if you have green fingers :P).
Now to our apartment: Our 3-room apartment has 2 balconies, the larger of the two can be used as soon as it gets warmer (or with a blanket). We also have a spacious living room and 2 bathrooms as well as a pantry. Apart from that, we have all the equipment and kitchen utensils you could wish for. :)
Die Wohnung ist nah an Uni und FH gelegen, mit 5 min Fußweg zur Bahnhaltestelle Wellensiek der Linie 4 und mehreren Supermärkten in der Nähe und somit perfekt für Studenten geeignet. Eiscaffee, Apotheke und DHL-Shop sind auch in der Nähe. Falls du ein Auto hast gehören zum Haus Parkplätze wo immer etwas frei ist.

The apartment is close to the university and FH, with a 5-minute walk to the Wellensiek line 4 train stop and several supermarkets nearby, making it perfect for students. Ice cream parlor, pharmacy and DHL store are also nearby. If you have a car, the house has parking spaces where there is always some space.
Wenn auch in den Wohnungsdetails beschrieben: zur Wohnung gehört ein Keller, ein Fahrradkeller, theoretisch ein Wäschekeller allerdings haben wir eine Waschmaschine und nutzen ihn nicht. (Außerdem eine Spülmaschine :D)
In der Miete enthalten sind bereits Nebenkosten und Internet.

Although described in the apartment details: the apartment has a cellar, a bicycle cellar, theoretically a laundry room, but we have a washing machine and don't use it. (Also a dishwasher :D)
The rent already includes utilities and internet.
