Da ich umgezogen bin, suche ich ab sofort einen Nachmieter/in für die WG.
Die Wohnung liegt im 1. OG und das Zimmer ist 18 qm groß.
Dein Zimmer hat eine direkte Anbindung zum Balkon, der ruhig gelegen ist.
Ein großes Fenster und die Balkontür lassen viel Licht herein.
Das Zimmer ist quadratisch geschnitten und hat keine Schrägen, wodurch man sehr flexibel in der Einrichtung ist.
In 10 Minuten kann man zu Fuß einen Lebensmittelladen erreichen, ebenso die Bahnstation der Linie 3.
Mit der Bahn sind es zum HBF 10 Minuten.
Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Haus, von dieser sind es auch nur 10 Minuten zur Uni.
Du wirst die ersten Monate mit Moni und Janne zusammenleben, die aber nach und nach Ende des Jahres/Januar 2020 ausziehen werden.
Deshalb steht einer Neugründung nichts im Wege.
Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden, welche mitbenutzt werden kann. Außerdem gibt es eine Spülmaschine.
