Deine Mitbewohnerin ist eine junge Studentin, aber wegen der jetzigen Situation nicht so oft da. Gerne wünscht sie sich jemanden entspanntes mit dem sie auch mal was unternehmen kann :)

Your flat mate is a young female student, who is currently not at home too often due to the current situation. Nevertheless, she is looking for a laid back person who she can enjoy time with together as well :)
The third room is not permanently rented out but is being used by me, the owner, for painting or to accommodate her daughters when they are visiting home.
