Die Zimmer (21,6 m² mit 9,7m² Balkon sowie 12,8 m²) liegen in einem sanierten Altbau in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße Richtung Westen. Die beiden Zimmer wurden bisher an einen Mieter vermietet, könnten aber auch getrennt vermietet werden. Dann ergäbe sich eine 4-er WG. Zur Wohnung gehören noch zwei weitere Zimmer, ein großes Bad und die Küche. Viel Grün im umgebenden Garten sowie Parks, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, eine Imbissbude und die nahegelegene Haltestelle der Linie 3 tragen zur guten Wohnqualität bei.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein Kellerraum. Ein Teil des Gartens steht der WG zur Verfügung, Fahrräder können im Unterstand geparkt werden.
Ich hoffe, dass auch weiterhin nette und umgängliche Menschen hier wohnen.
Im Mietpreis ist eine Heizungs- und Strompauschale enthalten, so dass im Regelfall keine weiteren Kosten anfallen.
