Die Wohnung liegt im Souterrain, das Zimmer hat ca 16m2 und ist mit Laminat ausgelegt. Schrank, Bett, Schreibtisch und Kommoden auf Wunsch vorhanden. Waschmaschinenmitbenutzung. In den Nebenkosten ist alles enthalten außer der Haushaltsabgabe. Auch Strom und Telefon.
Uni ca 2 km, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Combi, Penny) ca 1,5 km. Bus 2 min., Bahn ca 10 min. Nähe Naturschutzgebiet und direkt am Dornberger Freibad.
Eine Bewohnerin ist im Masterstudium, Ende ca. 15.9. 2017. Die andere zieht zum 1.7.2017 aus. Ab 15.9.2017 benötigen wir die Wohnung für unsere Tochter, daher die befristete Vermietung.
Wir als Vermieter wohnen im Dachgeschoss und haben einen lieben Mischlingshund. Eine weitere WG mit 3 Frauen und einem süßen Kater befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Außerdem wohnt im Erdgeschoss noch ein junges Ehepaar. Bitte nur Nichtraucherinnen melden.
