Hallo zusammen :)
Ich suche eine/n nette/n Mitbewohner/in zum 1.05.
Es handelt sich um eine 2 Zimmer Wohnung, mit großer Wohnküche und einem Wannenbad. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert, also kann jeder nach seinem Wunsch die Wände bunt bestreichen ;). Es wurde vor 2 Jahren ein heller Laminatboden verlegt, der auch noch gut in Schuss ist. Jedes Zimmer hat große Fenster, gut zum Lüften und es ist immer schön hell. :) Die Straße runter befinden sich 2 Bushaltestellen, wo jeweils die 21 und die 22 abfahren.
Die Miete beträgt kalt 181 Euro pro Person + 50 Euro für Strom und Gas + ?? für Internet/Telefon. Leider habe ich es noch nicht geschafft Internet einzurichten, aber das könnte man dann ja zusammen tun. :)
Es ist keine Zweck-Wg gewünscht... Das schreiben zwar alle, aber es wäre doch schön, wenn man hin und wieder mal zusammen kocht/ grillt oder putzt. ;)
