Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster in Richtung des Gehrenbergs.
Die Wohnung hat 4 Zimmer, 2 Küchen, 2 Bäder, 1 Flur, 1 Balkon, 1 Wasch- und Kellerraum. Die untere Etage is 118m2 groß und die obere 54m2.
Alle Zimmer sind hell und groß.
Die untere Etage der Wohnung besteht aus Bad, Küche, Wäscheraum und 3 Zimmern, wovon eins als Büro mitbenutzt werden kann.
Das Wohnzimmer liegt im oberen Stockwerk zusammen mit einem Bad und einem Abstellraum.
Die Wohnung ist bis auf das WG-Zimmer komplett ausgestattet mit: Küche, Esstisch, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, W-Lan, TV, Sofas und Bar. Die Küche ist ebenfalls gut ausgestattet und wird häufig genutzt.

3 Minuten bis zur Straßenbahnstation Rathaus, an welcher alle Bahnlinien halten. Diese ist 2 Stationen von dem Hauptbahnhof Bielefeld entfernt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind zahlreich fußläufig erreichbar.
Besonders ist die zentrale Lage am Alten Markt mit einem schönen Ausblick.
Dennoch solltest du aufgrund des vierten Stocks kein Problem mit Treppen haben.

Ich wohne aktuell alleine in der Wohnung und suche einen Mitbewohner.
Ich bin 25 und Student. In meiner Freizeit verfolge ich viel Sport, Spiele Schach oder unternehme etwas mit Freunden.
Weiter bin ich offen für alle möglichen Partys und ein gesellschaftliches Zusammenleben.
