Wir, Kristin (21) und Thomas (28) suchen nette/n und unkomplizierten Nachmieter/in ab August. Die Wohnung (insgesamt 83 qm, dein Zimmer ist 15 qm groß) befindet sich in einem Studentenwohnheim (Orangenkiste) in der Bielefelder Innenstadt. Die Verkehrsanbindungen sind optimal: du bist in 5 Minuten am Hbf und hast direkten Anschluss zu allen Stadtbahnen (10 Minuten bis zur Uni).
Außerdem sind sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden, da ein Aldi und Edeka direkt im Haus sind. Ein Waschraum und Fahrradkeller sind ebenfalls im Wohnkomplex vorhanden. Die Warmmiete beträgt 239 Euro incl. DSL Internet.
Wir möchten, dass unsere Wohnung rauchfrei bleibt, daher sollte nur auf dem Balkon geraucht werden.
