Ich biete hier ein Zimmer mit 24qm in einer 130 qm Wohnung (5ZK2B). Die Wohnung liegt in Ergeschoss und hat eine recht große Terasse. Trotz der zentralen Lage (1-2min zum Kesselbrink, 5min bis zum Jahnplatz) ist sie sehr ruhig gelegen.
Die Wohnung hat 4 Zimmer und ein großes Wohnzimmer sowie eine Wohnküche(mit Spülmaschine). Weiterhin gibt es zwei Bäder. In den 285 Euro Miete ist schon alles inclusive, dh. Telefon, DSL (16mbit), Kabel und alle weiteren Nebenkosten.
Du würdest dir die Wohnung mit drei supernetten Mitbewohnern teilen (2M (27 u. 30J) 1W (23J)).
Frei ist die Wohnung spätestens zum 01.09. es würde aber auch schon etwas früher gehen.
