da ich ausziehe, suchen wir nun einen Nachfolger oder eine Nachfolgerin für mein Wg- Zimmer. Du würdest zentral in der Innenstadt (Ecke August Bebel Straße) wohnen und könntest dabei viele Vorteile nutzen (günstige Einkaufmöglichkeiten, Bahnhaltestelle u.s.w). Mann ist auch schnell im Nachtleben, wenn man denn will. Zu der Wohnung gehört ein Badezimmer mit seperatem WC, eine gemütliche Küche mit vielen Vorzügen (Spülmaschine, 2 große Kühlschränke u.s.w.)
Das ca. 18 qm große Zimmer hat zwei große Fenster und ist daher sehr hell und gemütlich. In den 285 Euro sind alle anfallenden Kosten( Warmmiete, Internet, Telefonflatrate) enthalten.
Bei Intresse kannst du dich gerne bei meinem Mitbewohner melden. Andre ( ----/------- ) ist von 13.00 bis 22.00 zu erreichen.
