Ich möchte eine WG gründen und hab eine schöne helle Wohnung in bester Lage (Innenstadt) gemietet. Jetzt fehlt mir nur noch der/die passende Mitbewohner/in für das zweite Zimmmer. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine schöne große gemeinsame Wohnküche und einen neu verlegten Laminatboden. Die Wohnung können wir noch gemeinsam gestalten und einrichten, ist noch nix fertig. Rewe und Real sind direkt um die Ecke und die Bahnhaltestelle vor der Haustüre. Ich möchte keine Zweck-WG sondern jemand zum gemeinsamen Kochen, Quatschen und Spaß haben. Ich bin übrigens 21 und Studentin an der FH für Gestaltung. Wenn du Interesse hast, dann ruf mich einfach an.
Ab 15.März kann ich dir die Wohnung zeigen und der Einzug kann beginnen.
